Santander’s small business and small farm lending data is available online for review. We've included instructions to utilize if you need assistance accessing the small business and small farm data maintained on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) site.

Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Notice

Santander's home mortgage data is available online for review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and
applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and
denials. We've included instructions to utilize if you need assistance accessing the HMDA Data maintained on
the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) site.

Optional Data- Consumer Loans

The Bank has elected to collect and maintain data for consumer loans originated or purchased by the Bank for consideration under the lending test. The information captured is related to the two prior calendar years. The data shows distribution of loans by income category to individuals or geographies and whether activity is located inside or outside of the Bank's Assessment Areas.
