How to Order a Replacement Debit Card
How to order a replacement debit card online:
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Choose “ATM and Debit Card Services” to request a new or replacement debit card.
- From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate card and click “Continue.”
- Verify your personal information and click “Confirm.”
How to order a replacement debit card using our Mobile Banking app
- Log in to Santander Mobile Banking app.
- Click on “Manage Cards” from the menu.
- Order replacement card.

Visit a local branch and speak to a representative to order a new debit card in person.

How to Activate Your New Debit Card
Your new debit card and Personal Identification Number will arrive in the mail within 5–7 business days in unmarked envelopes. For additional security, your card and PIN will be mailed separately.
After you receive your new or replacement debit card in the mail, you can activate it in 1 of 3 ways:
- Call 1-877-726-0631 and follow the phone instructions.
- Visit a Santander Bank ATM (you will need your PIN).
- Personal debit card holders can also activate it via our Mobile Banking app.
- (Not available for Business Banking customers.)

How to cancel your debit card
As soon as you think your card is permanently lost or stolen, please call us immediately to cancel your debit card at 1-877-768-2265.
