How do I change my User ID or password?



To change your User ID in Online Banking:

  1. Log in to your account using your current User ID and Password
  2. Select the Customer Service tab
  3. Select My Profile & Preferences ►Profile Management, in left-hand menu
  4. Under Online Preferences, select “Change User ID”
  5. Current User ID should already be displayed; if not, enter current User ID
  6. Enter your desired New User ID
    Note: You will not be allowed to use a User ID that is currently in use
  7. Select “Continue”
  8. Verify details and select “Confirm”
    Result: You will receive the following confirmation message: Confirmation: User ID changed successfully.

Note: An automatic email notification will be sent to the customer

To change your User ID in Mobile Banking:

  1. Log in to your Mobile Banking account
  2. Tap the Gear on the Account Overview page
  3. Under Security Settings, tap “Security Center”
  4. Tap “Change User ID”
  5. Enter and Confirm “New User ID”
  6. Tap “Save”
  7. Confirmation page will display: User ID successfully changed

Changing your Password in Online or Mobile Banking

To change your Password in Online Banking:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select the Customer Service tab
  3. Select My Profile & Preferences ►Profile Management, in left-hand menu
  4. Under Online Preferences, select “Change Password”
  5. Enter your Current Password
  6. Enter your New Password
  7. Confirm your New Password
    Result: You will receive the following confirmation message: Confirmation: Password Changed Successfully.

Your Online Banking Password can be changed at any time.

To Change your password in Mobile Banking:

  1. Under Security Settings, tap “Security Center”
  2. Tap “Change Password”
  3. Enter Current Password
  4. Enter and verify New Password
  5. Click “Submit”
  6. Confirmation Message displays: “New password has been saved”
