How do I report a lost, stolen, or compromised debit card or ATM card?



You may report your Debit Card lost or stolen by either of the ways listed below.

Through Mobile Banking:

  1. Tap the Gear on the Account Overview page
  2. Tap “Manage Cards”
  3. Select applicable card
  4. Tap “Report Lost or Stolen”
  5. Tap either “Lost Card” or “Stolen Card”
  6. Verify Mailing Address
  7. Tap “Submit”
    Result: Confirmation message displays: Your card has been deactivated and a new card will be sent to you. If you do not receive your replacement card within 10 business days, please call the Customer Service Center. 8. Tap “Return to Manage Cards”

Or you may contact a Customer Service Center Advisor immediately at 1-877-768-2265 (USA Only) to report your debit card lost or stolen. An Advisor will cancel your debit card and issue you a new card within our standard delivery timeframes of 5-7 business days.

IMPORTANT! If you have set up any pre-authorized payments, which are initiated through your debit card, you must notify the merchant directly to cancel your payments. Once you have received your new debit card number, you must contact the merchant to re-establish any pre-authorized payments.
